Our Mission Statement

Our mission as stated by DHHS, Div. Of MH/DD/SA is "to provide medically monitored detoxification, crisis stabilization, and short-term treatment to prepare adults with substance abuse and co-occurring problems for ongoing community-based recovery services."

In accordance with the above mission, JFK ADATC seeks:

TO PROVIDE TREATMENT WHICH WILL BEST FACILITATE THE CONTINUING RECOVERY OF OUR PATIENTS

WE WANT TO ENHANCE OUR VITAL ROLE IN THE STATE CONTINUUM OF TREATMENT FOR ALCOHOL AND OTHER DRUG DEPENDENCE AND CO-OCCURRING PROBLEMS.

OUR VISION THEREFORE IS TO CREATE AN INSPIRING AND THERAPEUTIC ENVIRONMENT DESIGNED TO ADDRESS THE DIVERSE NEEDS OF OUR PATIENT POPULATION. TO THIS END, WE WILL EMBRACE BEST PRACTICE PRINCIPLES BY UTILIZING CLINICALLY SOUND AND EFFECTIVE TREATMENT METHODS AND MODALITIES SPECIFICALLY MATCHED TO THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF OUR PATIENTS.
